This is handsdown one of the best cheap liquid concealors for dark tan or brown skinned women.
 
The applicator is a felt tip wand which gives you ultimate control with this liquid concealor.  It is so easy to blend, even when it's dry, and it lasts all working day.  It does mesh well with other foundations.
 
It does tend to pull cooler colors once applied to the face, so you may find it a bit "noticeable" on those who have very warm/pink/reddish skin tones.  
 
 

Pros: Excellent coverage and blendability. The applicator makes it so easy to use.
Cons: May look too cool-colored on very warm/pink/red toned skin.
